Hey guys I'm in the process of doing an insanity run with my adept and I was wondering what evloution of warp and singularty I should pick up. Also how many points I should spend on pull and throw would be great.  Any advice would be helpful.

Heavy Singularity is better than white on insanity. It does damage to armor and shields.

Unless that damage is significant, I doubt its worth forgoing the utility of a wider singularity.

If you build around Area Reave, you don't need Wide Singularity, as that would be your AoE CC skill of choice against organics. Its instant damage against protection; its disable, damage, AND heal against organic health. In other words, its Warp against Barrier/Armor, and it changes to Singularity+Barrier+Damage over Time against organic health. That's just way too good.

This frees up for you to get Heavy Singularity, and with bastion + duration upgrade, you can hold Harbinger for a long time while you decimate his minions. You can even use it on Scions and if you're fast enough, alternate between singularity and warp/reave without them firing back a shot.

Regardless, Heavy Warp is superior to Unstable, whatever your build is (note that squaddies should get Unstable as it gives them a 3 sec bonus to CD). Throw Field I find more useful, since I can strip husks of armor in one shot with Area Reave, and then kill a 3m wide of them with Throw Field. And on the occassion, you can send more than one collector flying off a ledge with this skill.

1 point in Pull is just fine. as it works just fine in helping to set up Warp Explosions. This allows you to max out your bonus skill. But if you don't want your bonus skill, then Pull Field should be your evolution, while changing Throw to Heavy evolution.

I like heavy throw because of how fun it is to throw people into orbit.
