I made an error last night when I bought some points; I meant to buy $20 worth, but accidentally only purchased the $5 bundle. When I realized my mistake, I logged back on to add a few more points so I could get the Warden's Keep DLC. The site rejected my credit card and, after checking the forums and seeing the recommendation that I should wait a while to update my account, I decided to just wait until today. Problem is, it's still rejecting my payment. Am I permanently locked out, or will I just have to wait for my bank to contact me and confirm that I'm not the victim of fraud? Thanks!

If the issuing bank on your card/paypal has indeed placed a hold on your account, it can take a few days for it to settle on their end. Especially with it being a weekend. You can try to contact them to verify your account action to try and speed things along, but unfortunately those kinds of issues are completely out of our control.
