same problem when I try to install:
"error opening file for writing"
...toolsets Heads.erf
etc.
Anyone manage to overcome this? Does it relate to file permissions? Or something else?

Just partially solved the problem
whenever you get the message (during the installation process) "error opening file for writing" followed by a folder/location e.g. C/.....toolsets go to the folder 'toolsets' within the Dragon Ages Folder, and change the permissions under the security and check 'full' etc, then apply. So the various files are installed but then there is a problem with SLQ...
Any thoughts from anyone?

I had the same problem - I found that going into the folder properties, going to attributes --> advanced at the bottom then unchecking the "compress to save disk space" seemed to work. I had to apply to all subfolders and files though as it was on each .dll
