Oooh, yes definately, and hanar should be able to triple-wield...
Sigh...
Why just triple? We all know Blasto goes in fully loaded with a gun in each hand . . . er, so to speak.
On topic, I agree, no dual wielding, its just not a viable choice 90% of the times. Games just put it in to look cool(not that it doesn't look cool, but that's more a style for different games)

But Thane dual wields!
Thane's a walking fish-assassin with a ball of cabbage for a head. Logic doesn't really apply to him.

No, was crap in Halo, and it was crap in CoD:MW2.
Never played the 2nd or 3rd Halo games but I do remember with MW2 I picked up a pair of cut off double barrel shotguns. I shut the game dow, uninstalled it, broke the disc, and then threw it away.
Short story is NO to dual wielding. Unless it is dual wielding waffles.

Only movie characters dual-wield guns. Soldiers don't.

By light pistol I mean the kind you get when the game starts.
and to those who say its not realistic....Because fighting immortal space cuttlefish using a magic "wizard did it" element and force powers with allies such as space frogs and robots capable of perfect functionality despite a big ****ing hole in their chest makes total sense right?

Maybe not SMGS but I would like to see duel light pistols...I mean thane uses them in the release trailer doesn't he?

Grunt also blows up a Thresher Maw as its trying to eat him. With a shotgun(I think that's what he was holding).
I like the fact you can't dual wield - it really isn't as effective as games and movies try to show.
