Hello all, got the game yesterday and been playing it like crazy,
loving it. I hadn't run into any issues until I tackled the wardens
keep DLC. See the whole thing went smoothly through, I even finished it
and got the achivement and a new sword and armor set. Here comes the
issue, I first noticed my sword was gone for no reason. I also spotted
getting the quest again when I entered my camp. The quest giver for
this quest refuses to aknowledge I already done this quest. For some
reason he is standing in my camp and asking me to visit wardens keep
with him again.

Worse the keep is no longer on the map, so
I can't access the people there or my storage (Where I placed my dragon
blood armor set... and grey warden unique one from the quest) If I go
with the quest giver to the wardens keep the whole games goes wonky.
For a starter the guy doesnt show up with you when you arrive as he did
before, I walked inside the keep and suddenly he was there. I talked
with him and then it played the intro sequence when you enter the
wardens keep area. Only everything is black except the text, and once
that scene was over I was out inside the wall in the keep. Lots of 
dark areas and I could walk around until I got back inside.

Then
I figured I should head back out to see if I can resolve it, but no it
crashed when I came back outside and near the scene at the smokey area.

So
to sum it up, I can't access wardens keep along with the storage and
equipment I had stored there. Despite all this I still got my
achivement for beating the wardens keep and I got the power of blood
talent line as well. I need help, how can I fix this? I can survive my
items and stuff being lost (stings with the blood dragon armor set thou)

I had this happen too. I reloaded from an earlier save and all was well. That's about all I can suggest right now, aside from waiting for a patch.

Same problem as me and it happen exact the same way, it kinda make me lose interest in playing. For why bother if things can just go poof and you lose them-_-
