I'm not sure if this was already reported or already fixed because I can't connect my Xbox to live, my modem is wireless on the other side of the house, so I can't physically connect it, but during my Loyalty Mission with Thane I was reporting in some stuff on the Turian Politician, I accidentally hit X when I pressed A and it skipped a bit to when his son tries to kill him, I pressed X again and the mission was done, flat out, no extra paragon or renegade either.
