I am trying to download all the things off of the cerberus card and when I get on live to download them it says that the codes are already in use. Am I doing something wrong to download them.

The thing that got me was that I kept putting in "B" when it was really a 6 on the card. All letters are capital so if it looks like a lowercase letter (in my case a lowercase

You might want to call up support if that isn't the problem, telling them you have a legitimate, fresh copy, not a pre-owned one, and the card that came with it isn't working.

I had similar problem it looked like SLAU but S was a 5 so check and make sure any letters that look like numbers/vis versa
