 Is there a list compiled somewhere in the corners of the internet that states every single thing you need to do in order to get 100% at "Dragon Age: Origins completed"?

I'm at 69% myself (my fourth playthrough).

I'm at 95%. I still need to have all the magic schools and 2h warrior skills completed. Ugh. I'll probably stay at 95%.

Respec mod. It'll work wonders.

Do every quest possible, I was 99% for 2 games until I did the Jowan quest, also codex entries also influence.

If you're talking about the completion stat, you need all of the achievements.
