Apparently my account has been suspended for: "posting inapproprite picture" (I have no clue why they misspelled that.) Even though I do not recall doing such.

Notice how the suspension is for Bioware socialnetwork.
Yet I'm still posting? Until this morning I didn't even realize anything was going wrong until I finished downloading BFBC2 on steam, low and behold, I login and it says my Account is banned.
Why in god's name am I banned from a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME if it was for an infraction I made on these forums, but I still have posting rights.
The email says I have "been warned" even though I have received no emails from the sender, or anyone from EA, I even checked my spam box. I've sent a support ticket to EA, and have tried doing the livechat with a respresentative five times, each time it counts down and the rep. is busy.
The biggest part that has me scratching my head is the fact that it says "Your persona, jigpig, has been suspended from the Bioware Social Service until ______ due to violations of our Terms of Service"
How am I supposed to know when it expires if it doesn't give a date?
Funny how I remembered reading that whole fiasco that if you got banned from the EA forums they would ban your game access too, but EA came out and said you would retain full game access. Yeah, the jokes on me.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
