There is an .xls file with the ones for the rest of the characters in Dragon Age\\tools\\Source\\2DA, but when you open it, it's mostly blank.

I was kind of hoping to mod it. I thought maybe I could fill in the abilities/skills, but her special talents aren't listed in 2da_constants_h. There's no code to autolevel her in sys_autolevelup_h, either. It's almost like she uses a different system entirely.
