My immediate reaction was to say "Bob".



(That was before I read the other posts and remembered that John Conner nicknamed the Terminator "Uncle Bob". But "Bob" is a fine name either way.)

It should be called Terminator. And when it assumes direct control, it's dialog would be:

"You are scheduled for termination"

"Hasta la vista, Shepard"

"Come with me if you want to ascend"

"Your genes, give them to me"



And when the body it controls dies, it says "I'll be back"
