You're gonna hit me for this I'm sure, but I don't think Yvonne does Miranda any justice.  She is meant to be a femme fatale, but neither her voice nor her appearance (which was changed to look like Yvonne) pull that off in my opinion.  The concept art in the book is alot better, and its a shame they felt the need to use famous actors and voices to market the game since in her case the role was ruined.  She was miscast.

couldn't disagree with you more. yvonne does a great job - best female character in either game by a long way.

the voice-talent in #2 across the board is better than #1, and that's what you get when you employ good actors in roles.

Micheal Ironside would be awesome as a grizzled veteran on some outpost way out in the middle of nowhere.

also steven fry would be awesome as the shaodw broker purely for the completly unexpected twist of having someone with that sort of voice (ie not some sort of mean badass type but a happy friendly one) this would also put you at ease so he can get you to agree with him just by talking to you in his usual manner :)

Bruce Campbell for something. Preferably an Alliance Marine.

*Blue Sun merc gets blasted off a cliff*
"Oh, thats gotta hurt!"

Mark Meer to take a couple acting lessons. And no, I'm not bashing him. He does a decent job in ME 1/2, but...well, to me it sounds like he's reading off a script. Like he's not really getting "inteo character" for his voice acting.

Hell, screw acting lessons, just get a good group and play some D&D for a year.
