I don't even get how the Krogan and the Rachni will help.
Rachni have ships now, not big ones but scout vessels. Even if they do not have big warships, having a good scout force is already a plus. The Krogans will be the space marine force, attach to a Reaper ship and storm the internal systems.
How the - hell - will - we defeat the Reaper fleet?

With the current schematics, it will cost 950000 Platinum and Palladium, along with 500000 Element Zero and Iridium, to assemble a single Reaper. We will require around five hundred Reapers in order to mount a viable defense force.
It is too dangerous for the Citadel or Geth Fleet to mine minerals in the dangerous areas of the galaxy, so you will have to do most of the material gathering yourself.
Good luck.
EDI, you missed the organics we need for the goo. We should advertise for colonists to a paradise planet so we get sufficient volunteers.

For Paragons, it's a massive cross-species coalition: The geth and quarians have a joint fleet (I'm assuming a paragon can have them kiss-and-make-up) in combination with the turians and humans, with the Destiny Ascension as the flagship. The krogans (hopefully lead by Wrex), cured from the genophage thanks to Mordin saving Maelon's work, lead the ground forces along with the rachni (imagine krogans riding rachni into battle, that would be sweet), as well as turian, human, and geth troops. A massive, all out war ensues, and only be the co-operation of all the species do we prevail.
For Renegades, it's nearly all human. Most of the renegade choices have ****ed over most other species: killing off the rachni AGAIN, keeping the krogan numbers weak by continuing the genophage, letting the Destiny Ascension die (it is as powerful as the rest of the asari fleet, plus the council dies), and I'm assuming that Renegades start the Quarian-geth war somehow. The Quarians wipe out the geth using a virus, but not before the geth are able to obliterate the migrant fleet. Plus, Cerberus's keeping of the Collector base gives them access to untold technology, probably granting them tech that makes the humans much, much stronger. The only major military race that isn't crippled are the turians (I don't really count Salarians as 'military', they're more stealth and evasion). Humanity will lead the attack, with the Normandy as the flagship. With the strength of the tech acquired by Cerberus, humanity will prevail as the dominate species in the galaxy.

The Geth develop a lethal reaper virus. My team infects the reapers.
Harbinger controls a human and arm wrestles Shepherd for the fate of the galaxy.
Ships are equipped with radio wave projectors playing Michael Jackson songs that set up a harmful resonance in the reapers and they blow up. They blow up real good!

Step 2: Put on smexy music
Step 3: The Reapers will either all be dead or have a really, really bad hangover.

It probably wouldn't be ideal considering how mass effect has progressed so far, but what can I say, I'm a time travel buff. As far as being unrealistic, last time I checked mass effect was science fiction.

After that it'll be a piece of cake. He'll use Harbinger's cheerfulness to break into the Reapers' corporate accounting software in order to plant a Trojan Horse module. Shepard will drive the Reapers bankrupt, they'll fall into depression and kicking their shiny metal asses will be simple as they'll be so depressed they'll start jumping off of the edge of the galaxy themselves. And then Shepard will kick Harbinger as the last Reaper to chasm screaming THIS. IS. OUR. MILKY WAAAAAY. Then he'll get the chick and with dying sun in the background he'll kiss her and the credits will roll.
The end.

I'm in serious doubt Bioware can handle this well. Right now the only reasonable explanations to handle the Reapers would be:
a) they slaughter you easily, and the cycle begins again
