Just weapons and armor. Hammerhead will be out at the end of the month, though.

Currently there's 2 extra missions available via DLC (Zaeed and the Normandy Crash Site) and later this month we will get another free DLC pack with more missions.

Be careful with used sales though. Every new version comes with a Cerberus Network code that allows access to the free DLC. If you buy it used, chances are you won't have that code. Then you'll have to buy access to the Cerberus Network seperately which is another 1200 Microsoft points (15 dollars) . Still your choice of course but since I've already seen the game being sold for 33 euros (PC) / 37 euros (Xbox360) , it might not be so bad to snoop around a bit for a deal and buy the game new.

ouch lol so in the end id still be paying the same for a new ver of the game lmao got to love how bio ware is greedy like that but i still love them
