She /is/ one of the most awesome Asari out there. (A green one, top that!) I'd love to see her again, but not necessarily as a love interesting. (Though she did promise me... things.)

I wouldn't mind, it would be a very interesting idea and I'd have to do it in a playthrough. Even if she's not a squadmate, a LI role for her would be a pretty neat idea. Plus I'm a sucker for those romances that come from out of nowhere like a Shep-Shiala one. I'm in!

You just summed up most of the situations the squadmates were in when you recruited them. I guess they all deserve a bullet to the head.

It is true that many people chose to kill Shiala in the first ME. Many people also chose to kill the Rachni queen. Should we then expect Bioware to exclude the Rachni in their plans for ME3. Should all the decisions made by Sheppard have an equal outcome?



If you want to make the argument about the seeming discrepancies between paragon & renegade options in terms of content I agree with you, but I think that discussion warrants its own topic.



I would like Shiala to be included as a LI in ME3.

I love gianna's smartass attitude, whereas Ashley just comes off as a b*** imo (sorry Ash fans) I find Gianna's attitude much more humorous and attractive, she has spunk.

I enjoyed the "maybe if you're not doing whatever it is you're doing..we could" *Shepard smile*. But I don't understand it, really. IMO it seems Bioware noticed the fandom she had from ME1 and wanted to tease those fans with a little somethin somethin.

I really would like that if there are new necessary characters (for those that almost killed anyone in the Suicide Mission), they were all already known characters, even if they come from books.



That said, having Shiala back as an Asari alternative (she was an Asari Commando), and having also someone like Kahlee Sanders from the books as a Tech Speciallist would be c0ol.

I like Tali as a Shepard LI, infact I dumped both Jack and Miranda as soon as I recruited Tali, but wouldn't mind a playthrough with Shiala as the LI. Might be fun, but she would have to earn the LI status.

She's mildly interesting as an npc and might be interesting to have her involved in ME3 as one. Given she had ties to Saren/Soverign she could be of some use in ME3 if they fleshed her character out. I'd still want her only as an npc that you do X amount of missions/dialgoue.



We don't need any more biotics/asari squad mates.



If anything she should've been in ME1 and Liara should've been an npc.

If the Bioware shep in ME2 kept her alive I could see this happening, alas they didn't. What choices the Bioware decides to bring over plays a big role in how significant they choices pan out.

Fraid so...just by the way Shepard just smiled instead of saying anything or giving you a dialogue option. Also anyone else wonder why Shiala looked so much worse in ME2 than in ME1? Her eyes didn't have that flare, and I prefered her ME1 combat suit to the "doctor" look. Oh well hopefully she's in ME3 somehow. Feros can't seem to stay out of trouble.
