Something began downloading on my DAO without permission, registering under

DAO_PRC_OPROMO_ME

What is this exactly? I didn't ask it to download, and it seems to be holding up my Warden's Keep and Shale downloadable content.

These usually are the 'please buy the DLC' promo add-ons. They download even if you already own the DLC too
If you don't have the DLC, something (like an NPC) will appear in game, and ask you to spend real world money....not very RPG-ish in my mind....
