Try forcing the game to see it as newly installed:

* Go to the Installed Content Tab under Downloadable Content

* Clear the checkmark next to the Collector's Edition

* Load your last save, and when it gives you a message about disabled DLC, force load the save.

* Make a new save.

* Go back out to the Installed Content Tab and reenable the Collector's Edition

* Load your new save and you should see the Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes in your inventory. Bergen's Honor and Final Reason are available for sale from Bodahn.

strange I seem to have the same issue.

I have put in codes for the extra items.

(according to my profile i should have access to them)

As for the response to the downloaded/installed items that you refer to Kepha, it dont show that i have the Collector's edition. The thing you talk about isnt listed.

If i look into my Eadm, the music + backgrounds etc, are there. but the items, dont show up on the list.

Like for mass effect there is a dl for the other xtra content i have purchased, and I would suppose that the 3 missing items, also should be "seperatly dloaded"?

In the list of items on my account (online profile) where i can choose to dload the stuff i have purchased, I get alot of items and to the right of them, there is the link to dload (via eadm).

However those 3 items dont show a dload button.

If the Collector's Edition doesn't show up on your Installed Content tab in-game, it is not yet installed. All Dragon Age DLC downloaded via the game, you won't see any links to download it on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page or the EADM.

Its supposed to start downloading automatically once you log into the game with the same email address and password as your account here (that you redeemed the codes with) There are enough hiccups with that process that there is a rather extensive Redeemed DLC Troubleshooting FAQ for solutions to common problems getting DLC to download and install.

Sorry for late reply to you Kepha, as to um i just embarked on playing the game without the added stuff .. lol and its been a very very nice journey so far in the lore and lands of Dragon Age.
(im a huge fanboy of bioware ill admit, and cant wait for they're upcomeing mmo TOR)

--> Just fyi the "fix/solution" to my problem was that the game stores the info of the dloads in /mydocuments folder.
On my windows7, you need to run in Admin to access it --> so quick fix was just to go to compability and run game as admin -> problem solved.
(to run as admin, right click the dragonage icon on your screen, on the tabs at top choose compability, at the very bottom check the marker for "run as admin")
Im not 100% sure if my spelling or if its accurate on the win7 english, as I myself run the Norwegian win7.

Cheers & tx for help

Okay, I tried this but to no avail... I've got steam's deluxe edition and all DLC as well as the CE seem to be appropriately installed under downloadable content - unfortunately none of the bonus items are showing in-game :S

Hi Kepha,

I'm in the same boat as ShadedSelf. Steam version of the game, Digital Deluxe. I'm seeing the Collector's Edition as authorized in the game, and I've tried your instructions here. No dice.

I've seen other comments on running various pieces of the game as Administrator, etc, but other than this the game has run flawlessly, and all other DLCs have worked great. I don't see why this one specifically is not.

Any suggestions?

" you won't see any links to download it on the http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php page" Actually you do have a more info link which pops a page up with a DL link and instructions on saving to .dazip before or if windows saves it with .zip extension. Supposedly can change to a .dazip. Problem is once windows saves and associates it as a .zip dao updater will not recognise as dazip even with renaming .dazip. I have a list of files Golems DLC and one ME2 hammerhead DLC will spend hours DLin and when done and use dao updater to locate and install it gives error on install log wrong archive type found contact software maker for replacement. I have had to re install DAO 2 times and hate the hours spent DLing entitled content every time so I would like to direct DL and save a backup copy of the dazip files and just use the dao updater to install them saving hours not being able to play. 95% of the files I directly DLd from social bioware entitlement page did in fact install without a hitch just hammerhead for ME2 an .EXE file failed 2 DLs with a corruption warning, and GOlmes DLC with wrong archive. Sorry for long reply but most of the purchased DLC is linked off entitlement page for me anyhow.
