Has anyone heard whats being released in the ps3 patch tomorrow. Is it addressing any of the bugs or is it just to facilitate RTO. Any info would be great

there was supposed to be an update as to what is included in the patch, but of course they fail yet again to provide adequate support for the PS3.

hey im from philippines, it is already march 4, 9:30 am... still no update for the patch or maybe bioware are delaying us again, just like they do to rto? or maybe rto will not also be available in march 11?

I have to say that if they miss to patch the dex bug with the rogue then I'm done with this game. That they haven't fixed the bugs sooner is really bad. The game isn't new any more and they've had many months worth of time to fix it. I don't give a **** about RTO, won't be buying it, I just want a proper damn patch! Hope we'll get one today.

panzerkanzler I agree. I do not know what the dex bug is, but I'm one who suffers from god awful frame rates/stuttering/laggy menus. Your right, there have been months to deal with this, long topics, and even responses from Bioware employees. If this doesn't get fixed my copy is going bye bye.

Read Hokums post, he says there are no patch notes so no one pobably knows its content. I wonder what time (I live at GMT+1) psn updates go live where I live.

I wonder why we don't get a patch note screen in any game just updated so we know what got changed.

Patch installed....seems like it is only to prepare for Awakenings. I see new trophies. The whole patch was 29mb. Just another advert really. 'Let's put new trophies on peoples PS3's and watch them go buy the expansion just to complete those too!'

I'll keep bumping this thread until we are told when we can expect a patch, and what it'll fix. I'm fairly tired of playing a buggy game with no help on the horizon.

Actually the patch is slated for release today. I've heard a number of people say their systems have already downloaded them automatically when they started up the game. We knew a while ago today was the day the patch would hit, but BioWare hasn't yet told us exactly what the patch changes

i just install the patch, its 29 mb... i think that patch is intended for awakening, it only added new trophies for awakening... i don't think it fixes the bug and frame-rate issue for ps3... so overall it is useless.

i just install the new update they said.. nothing changes, just added new trophies for awakening.. but about the gameplay, bug's, framerate issue, nothing changes... what kind of update is that? we've been waiting for weeks just for that.... bioware please be serious to your announcement, because we are expecting a lot from you, and until now, we are not happy in kind of treatment you give us, specially the ps3 user's........

It's quite irritating how they don't even care to tell us the status of our patch. I love this game, but if the abysmal treatment of the ps3 owners continues for much longer, and no patch is announced I'll simply sell the game and enjoy other, less buggy, games. I'm sure Bioware wouldn't notice me not buying their DLC, but I vote with my wallet nonetheless.
