During Freeing Anora quest, I transformed morrigan in a Flying Swarm, I don't remember if I've done this before or after wearing uniforms since it happened 10 days ago, but I remember that after that moment Morrigan human form make her being invisible , bear and spider forms works but if I use Morrigan's human form I can only see the sword and the shield floating in the air (yes I made her arcane warrior).
Did this happen to anyone else ?

Does the problem persist after saving it and rebooting the system? What platform are you using? To answer your question YES it happened to me (at a different point in the game) and I saved and rebooted to solve it.

Ah, no I didn't try to reboot and restart system since on my platform it takes some time to load a game, I only tried to change equipment and to change form multiple time.
As you can see I posted on PS3 tech support forum so I thought it was obvious I was talking about PS3 version :-) , anyway I confirm it : I use and have (only) ps3 version.
