Usually in these sort of games I do not buy any weapons or equipment until I am near the end of the game, but I find that at lev 8 I am the proud possessor of G60 so I decided to splurge.
i have just finished Soldier's Peak and am halfway through the Denerim Chantry/SWergeant Kylon,s quests/Favors for interested parties an expect that I will be going to Redcliffe next.
Now here is my problem I have an idea what weapons and armor I would like to buy but I can not find where to buy it.: Falon Din's Reach, Saw Sword,Qunari thickened cap,Deygan's boots, and backhands if anyone could point me in the right direction to aquireb these items I would be very grateful, or if you have any other suggestions as to what other items would be suitable for me.

Most of the items you mentioned are found in the game, not bought. Search them on http://dragonage.wik...Dragon_Age_Wiki if you want to know where to get them.

You're level 8 - you've got lots left to explore and you'll find plenty of lewt. (I'm usually at or near level 7 before leaving Lothering, with a rogue...) Anyway:

[SPOILERS] (pretty obviously)

Falon Din's Reach is from a dragon in the elven ruins within the Brecilian Forest.

http://www.dragonage...falondinsreach/ (another site that gives pointers to items, if the Wikia.com site doesn't give you what you need)

Deygan's boots will be found in that same quest arc.

The Qunari thickened cap isn't what you want...you want Longrunner's Cap, or the Armsman's Tensioner, or....some other things like Far Song (or even Mage's Eye, a bow that's much easier to get early).

Not to be critical of your desires but shouldn't a rogue be saving up for Rose's Thorn and Felon's Coat. Not to mention the major accessories.

This. If you're a dual wielder you will want to go shopping at Garin's and Wade's.

Agreed--so continue to save up your money because those are two hellaciously expensive items!
