Wait...you mean Oghren had time to have a kid? Interesting. More than six months after the Blight then? Or am I missing something?
Oghren is such a man that the laws of pregnancy stand helpless before him. Kid probably popped out drunkenly swinging an axe.

With a full red beard. As a female.
Riding on a giant Nug named Shmooples. Er.. Wait. That's getting a little out there.

"Some say Oghren was the hero's constant companion; others suggest he merely rode on the Warden's coattails."

Ah yes, the wonders of Oghren ale must be great and mysterious. With as much liquor as the kid's dad has had, I wouldn't be surprised either.
...Wonder if he names the kid after the Warden...

Will he rise from the dead or there will be no Oghren in Awakening then?

Oh well, that's just mean. Why don't we Oghren fans leave peacefully and drink an ale for our favorite dwarf?Wishpig wrote...

I wonder what if we killed Oghren in Origins? (I have a friend who actually did it)

Hmm.. he or she may have to replay that part if Oghren is to come back with the origins warden.

Anyway, having SOMEONE from Origins is a lot better than having no one.

My guess is one of three things: 1) He won't be in Awakening, 2) He will be and it just won't be mentioned, or 3) He'll say something about how you left him for dead in the camp, but he recovered later and barely stayed alive.

Seriously, i love your games, but if there's one thing to improve, learn to keep some secrets. DAO also gave away too much information before release throughout all the trailers and tutorials.
And i agree to some comment's made before: Wasn't it said that Awakening plays several months after DAO? And no, several months can't be more than 11 months, cause otherwise it's not several months but a year. How does he manage to have a kid in that short period of time? Either dwarven females can carry a child way faster or someone messed up the timeline just a little bit.
Interesting nevertheless, the drunk dwarf get's a marriage and a baby, while the players of all 4 romances (with the exception of female human noble and Alistair) get nothing and somewhat screwed.

i.e. you might have tried to torpedo his attempt to get back with her (and so quick on the rebound after just having killed his ex-wife!) but the game is either ignoring that or assuming he came back later and wooed her successfully despite your efforts to torpedo him.
And, yah, if Oghren now has a kid, sorry, I think pregancies on Thedas are the same as here on Earth, so this means the expansion HAS to be taking place at least nine months after the conclusion of Origins.
BTW, that means it's later than six months (when you were supposed to marry up, if you were supposed to marry), and if you did the dark ritual (or someone else did), that kid has also been born.
