Hi, I'm not sure where to post this, as I definitely don't want any spoilers on the rest of ME2 (I just got the 3 additional dossiers), not to mention ME3, but part of the question is kind of a spoiler for people who may have played even less than I have.
In ME1, Ashley was my Shepard's LI. After a rather frustrating conversation with her on Horizon, I was driven to the wiki to help me figure some stuff out. As I understand it, there will be no more "development" (with her) in that area for the rest of ME2, but it seems there's a very good chance that she will be back as a teammate in ME3. If that is the case, I will remain "faithful" (I'm sort of a masochist in this area...the romances with the most obstacles are my favorites). The wiki said that if you are faithful, there will be a picture in your quarters of that person, and if you aren't, the picture will be lying face-down.
Well in my Shepard's quarters, there appears to be a picture frame, but it doesn't have a picture in it; it's just black. However, it DOES appear to be standing upright. It's quite possible that I'm not even looking at the right thing. I play on XBox 360, if that helps.
I just want to make sure I haven't already screwed things up (I've "bantered" a little bit with Kelly, but that's it. I don't THINK I've said anything "romantic" to Miranda). So I guess what I'm asking is if the info on the wiki is true, and if the frame being upright is enough to know that all is good so far. Thanks.

Get closer to it, and the picture should appear. Its digital and only activates when you are near it.

when you walk up to the picture it should show Ash, Kelly doesn't count as a LI so you can flirt away.

There are two picture frames in the quarter's, the one on Shepard's desk will show the picture of your LI from ME1 if you remain faithful, but will be face down if your not. There's also one on the table the Shepard's N7 helmet is on if you do the Normandy crash site mission, but I've never seen it come on.

Thanks for the tips all...I guess I just wasn't getting close enough to the frame. I'll try again tonight.
