At one point we had the option of clicking on the Bioware logo under the topic title of any thread where Bio folks had posted and it would show only the official Bioware responses in the thread.
 
I found this extremely useful for topics that I was interested in seeing any official response for and uninterested in sifting through the numerous pages of unoffical comments to get to them. (It was also a feature on the old Bio boards that I often made use of.)

Today I noticed this feature was not working - clicking the Bioware logo just opens the thread normally the same as clicking the topic title.

I hope this is just a glitch in the system that will soon be repaired and not the removal of the feature itself.

I'm having the same problem. Hope it gets fixed soon, I use it all the time.
