these are more based on my general preferences.. which basically which was more enjoyable rather than effective



1. Engineers... (drone + dominate/Ai hacking + Cryo Blast = total CC)

2. Infiltrator... Cloak is one of those skills that is pure awesomeness

3. sentinel... cryo blast is what makes me love this class... plus tech armor

4. Vanguard... charging at enemies is fun when you survive

5. Adept... too much redundancy in the skills

6. Soldier... yay slow time, shoot... slow time, shoot... change ammo... slow time, shoot

1: Soldier - Once I picked up the Widow I fell in love with this class and flexiability is unmatched as far as weapon selection matters.

2: Adept - Love the Adept in Mass Effect be it a bit more weaker in Mass Effect 2 but still a blast to play.

3: Sentinal - Strong defensive class tech armor is surprisingly powerful skill.

4: Infiltrator - Played a little bit like the concept of cloaking oneself.

5: Vanguard - I like CQB but if I am charging someone I want a melee weapon!

6: Engineer - Bah I want nothing to do with them.

I wonder if those who are saying the Sentinel is a 'juggernaut' cause of tech armor are playing on hardcore or insanity?

Sentinel is just plain fun, may not be the easiest but i enjoy playing Mass Effect 2 more when a sentinel.

Infiltrator is just beastly, love the tactical cloak and slow-mo head-shots.

Vanguard is a favorite from Mass Effect 1.



And soldier just sucks for me, i hate playing mass effect without using any sort of biotic or tech power.

1. Infiltrator (beat insanity with this, cloak and Widow is one of the strongest combos in the game)

2. Engineer (just started, I LOVE IT)

3. Vanguard (Charge is my favorite ability)

4. Sentinel (Tech Armor is cute)

5. Soldier (too easy, HAR is unfair lol)

6. Adept (singularity is fun and wrecks husks, but the class as a whole is kinda meh)

1.) Sentinel ( hell that tech armor comes in handy, and throw also comes in handy when fight melee bad guys. )

2.) Engineer (Ai Hacking comes in handy, so does the combat drone)

3.) Vanguard (Love it)

4) Adept ( Not much going for it, but Singularity is good for fighting Husks)

5.)Infiltrator ( good on the insanity run, but still nothing that good comes from it)

6.) Solider ( It's too easy, and so I hate it.)

You underestimate the power of tech armor. It has its own damage value, recharges your shields, and throws all enemies back doing a decent amount of newton force. End-game shields do actually last quite a bit of time even on insanity.

I loved the soldier in ME1, but it's damned bland in ME2. The widow-wielding infiltrator and charge-based Vanguard were my most enjoyable playthroughs, thus far. Adept and Sentinel were pretty close to each other, just the Sentinel had overload as well for shields. Engineer just felt so... boring. I plan to give it a second chance, same as I did the Sentinel(my first go on that class was boring as hell too), so that's likely to change.
