If the lords are coming to swear loyalty to us, we are the Lord of Amarinthene, which makes us an Arl, which means we will see various Banns come to swear their loyalty to us, not Teryns or other Arls. Amusingly enough, for a HN, at the beginning of Awakening, we will be in the exact position Howe was at the start of the HN Origin ( Lord of Amarinthene ), and Fergus will be our Teryn.

Oh. I can just see that going over well with my HNF.

Not in my ending, i'm Teryn of Gwaren, King/Prince Consort, Grey Warden Commander & Lord of Amaranthine now  Although it was Howes job, do you think we'll meet Howes daughter & son? I mean the daughter admires the HN male & Thomas (i think that's his name, Howes son anyway) fancies the HN female.

No. He will always ride with Highever's men to Ostagar before Howe attacks.

On a serious note, yes. Grey Wardens abolish all titles and whatnot they held before joining. Don't know if it's like an official law, or just a Grey Warden thing though.

He may aswell of just remained dead lol. I bet he was written in orignally to appear early on in the game as a quest only available for the human noble, but it became apparent that it would stretch the time too much including origin unique quests.



Would of been cool tho if, for the mage origin, you got Jowan as a companion, for the human noble, you got Fergus as a companion, for the dwarf noble, you got Ogrim as a companion etc. They were all cool characters in their own right. Leske was truely awesome tho.

now i looked into the codex of the game and it says that Arls don't control any Bann's.

So i still think its the Landsmeet we see in the trailer and they are swearing loyalty to the grey wardens.
