 So as some of you may have noticed the paragon option for packages for Ish never leaves the journal even after you complete.

So I'm wondering if this will result in a broken import option for me3

Could have been easily corrected by the developers by letting us give him the packages and then convincing him not to use them.

its a known glitch, keep your panties on! Probably get fixed in the next patch.

I have a feeling this quest is incomplete. I mean, after you convince Ish to get lost, why can't you take the packages to Anto or Aria?
