Yes I agree with you OP. I kill her off every time, but it is insulting (at least IMO) that the Cerb cheerleader can survive practically everything when the other "elite" handpicked specialists can die so easily.

I was disappointed that Samara couldn't lead the first infiltration team. Miranda says "You need someone who commands loyalty through experience", well Samara is 600 years old and she beasts the AR, yet cshe doesn't have the experience to lead a distraction team. Oh well.

And guys, seriously lighten up on badgering someone for exploring content. It's probably not his canon Shepard and if it is then idk why he'd kill off his squaddies, but just because you know how to save them doesn't mean you HAVE to save them. My Ruthless Shepard is definitely gunna have some casualities, cuz that's in his background, and it's part of the RPG experience.

this really questions biowares motives on miranda, do they all love her that much?

What you mean to say is, "This really calls into question Bioware's motives concerning Yvonne Strahovski, did they really have to pay her that much?"

They plan on bringing her back in ME3, so she has a high chance of survival. That's my assumption.

Yet more money that could have been spent developing the game being spent on big name hollywood stars, like they don't have enough money already... <_<

Wow, you guys, I have a file where EVERYONE LIVES, are you saying that on every file i do, i must have everyone live, that doesnt feel like role playing, this is the only file that i only want THREE people to live. Why cant i have that, when me 3 comes out, im only importing my one file where everyone lives, and my second file where only three people live, why should the outcome of my files be exactly the same, unlike most of you, i make different descisions on each file,i dont keep the same dialogue and have everyone live in the ending the exact same way that i did in my first file, so i can choose to have me kill my self if i want to, just because you disagree, doesnt mean what i am doing is wrong.

and IF THAT DOESNT WORK, ill shoot my self in the face and hopefully wake up in a comma and see that only legion tali and garrus lived

Worst Playthrough Possible
Several theoretical playthroughs that worked for many people. I'll plan one out for you:
*All 11 loyalty missions can be completed for XP*

-----------------
Final Survivors: Shepard, Joker, Tali, Garrus, Legion (Crew survives)
-----------------

Loyals: Jack, Jacob, Grunt, Garrus, Mordin, Tali, Thane, Legion
Non-loyals: Miranda, Zaeed, Samara
Normandy Upgrades: Shield Upgrade

-Buy the Normandy Shield Upgrade ONLY
-Side with Jack during the Miranda/Jack fight
-Resolve Tali and Legion's argument with enough Paragon/Renegade
-Lose Samara's loyalty by scaring Morinth away when you meet her
-Lose Zaeed's loyalty by saving the refinery workers but not using the Paragon option

Vents - Jacob (dies)
First Fire Team Leader - Any
Biotic - Non-loyal Samara (bring Grunt and Miranda, Grunt dies)
Escort - Zaeed (dies)
Second Fire Team Leader - Mordin (dies)
Final boss squadmates - Miranda and Samara (both die)
Distraction Team - Garrus, Legion, Tali

Deaths:
Jack - No Armor Upgrade, dies by laser beam
Thane - No Weapon Upgrade, impaled
Jacob - Rocket to the face
Grunt - Taken by seeker swarm
Mordin - Shot while closing second door
Zaeed - Died escorting the crew back
Samara - Died at final boss
Miranda - Died at final boss

Note: If you can't resolve Tali/Legion, side with Tali. Legion should still survive holding the line.

Makes you wonder.
If she is this hard to kill, mabye its a hint she will return in ME3 regardless of the outcome on the suicide mission?.

Samara's been alone for several hundred years. She has experience, but not leadership.

I know, which is why I regret that nearly all my ME1 imports were the same. Making multiple imports with different outcomes is why these games are great. I'm gunna go through as FemShep and I'm gunna kill the Rachni Queen, kill Wrex, kill the Council, kill everyone, and see what happens in ME3 B)

I don't like Miranda as much as everyone does. She can be a pain at the beginning with all her loyalty crap towards Cerberus. However even if I don't like her that much I still became attached to the character. Even if I hated her I would never let her die, I just don't think that hating someone because of their personality is a vaild reason to let them die. I really don't like Kelly but I always save her anyways.

I DID choose Samara... and that is how Tali was my only death for my first playthrough.

Id made sense though... Samara works alone.

Dude i did it i did it, i got only legion tali and garrus to live, okay, make sure only legion garrus and tali are the ones holding the line, take miranda and samara with you to fight the boss, make sure they dont have loyalty and make sure everyone else is dead so then you can call garrus legion and tali the three space musketeers, anyway, it worked, garrus should pick u up ontoo the normandy and then it shows you moarning the dead and will have legion and tali nodding at you at the end, dont i guess garrus is up stairs anyway, it is possible, i didnt end it the way i wanted it too but it was possible. Lol, when samra lay down dead and shepard went to miranda, i thought shes going to live. Her arm lifted up like, you'll NEVER KILL ME, then he lifter her up and she died, I WAS SOO HAPPY, yes yes, it worked

Grunt, Commander Shepard has forwarded a few of Mordin's reading materials for you to work on your punctuation and grammar. He insists that being a tank-bred Krogan is not a valid excuse for the lack of proper sentence structure.

I am not sorry for the sloppy writing, but I could have taken more time to correct it, but at the moment I was just running all over the place. Now that I am done ranting on Miranda's invinceability, and have Garrus, Legion, and Tali be my only survivors. I can rest easily.

No it's k, that was actually kind of cool. It's not often you see one person whip everyone into a frenzy just by spazzing. Well, on these forums anyway.

And all the love for other characters supposedly is not?

um miranda is the only character that can survive anything in the suicide mission without needing her loyalty, that pretty much sums up there love for her over every other character in the game

Yea, I'm pretty sure you wouldn't care if it was Tali or one of your favorite characters, you wouldn't even bring it up. Don't be a hypocrite.
