DAO Launcher: Who´s that female elven villain?

When I first saw a few artworks from DAO I thought she would be one of the main villains to fight against but after my first playthrough I didn´t see anything from her. Is this character included in DAO?

That woman shown when you start the DAO Launcher. There´s an artwork of a female elven magi for the background. There´ve been a few other artworks around before the game was released where you get a closer look at her scared face.

Artwork rarely ever makes a direct transition into the games you play. And are you talking about this?:

That was originally the leader of the Andraste cult i think (dont rely on that). She was later cut for Kolgrim and became a starting point for a Wynne design.Obviously Wynne changed alot.

If the op talking about the artwork Caozen posted, during da:o hype and promoting, few artworks was shown, as example's of origin race chars if i remember right. Remember one with a female elf in a wedding dress covered in blood, which points to the city elf origin.

I remember that one too. I think it´s one of the wallpapers included in the collector´s edition.
