HAHAHA!  That was probably the funniest line I heard in the game.  It was funny because Parisisni was obviously speaking metaphorically and then Shepard in all of his childish machoism found it necessary to remind her just how much of a tough guy he really is.

Another funny line...

"Whats that you're drinking"

"human blood...with cinnamon.  Go find someone else to bother!"

I think it had less to do with macho chest pounding, and more to do with reminding her that if you cross him he will kill you.
