Most of us want our pet ME2 squadmates to be recruitable in ME3, but at least some of them are likely to be cameos. So, what kind of cameos would you like to see from them?

Miranda (Paragon): The Alliance's newest intelligence agent. May be having a crisis of faith because Oriana is no longer protected.

Miranda (Renegade): Cerberus agent, though more cynical about them.

Garrus: Spectre.

Mordin: Likely dead, but I want to see that biography vid.

Grunt: Beside Wrex at the head of the Urdnot army

Jack (Renegade): Criminal you have to take out

Thane: See him once more before he dies with a moving speech if you romanced him.

Samara: Returns to being a justicar and either fights you or helps you out.

TalI: Admiral working for reconcilliation with the Geth

Legion: hunting the remnants of the heretic geth.

Not sure about paragon Jack and Jacob.
