I'm trying to manage the online profile which obviously links to my PS3 data, but where are all of my characters? I have 3 available to play but, for some reason, only 2 of the 3 are showing up. It's missing my level 20 player which I've nearly completed the game with, what's up?

Did something happen to him, from the whole Leap-year "bug?"  in the Bios clock problem from the pseudo-February 29th?
