detailed instructions in german. Just download the videos. With an Nvidia Card you can only do that with Windows Vista/7, with an ATI Card you are restricted to XP (they are trying to make it work for Vista/7 as well).
Note: This is only for games without AntiAliasing. You can activate that in ME2 by renaming masseffect2.exe to UT3.exe and activate AA in your Nvidia/ATI Control Center

And there is a new Nvidia driver out so no need for Nhancer or renaming the .exe anymore
