character porfile pics

Can someone tell me how to get my character pictures from the game to show on my porfile? Every time i do the diagnostics it only shows the stats, not my character and it reads 1002,1003 for the error codes.

Certain configurations cause a bug that makes certain portraits not show up. I've heard people say it might be linked to the background you choose for your character. Though I'm not sure what exactly causes it. Try making another character and changing the background on the portrait. Even if you have no intention of playing that character it's an easy work around if you want to use it for a forum portrait. Then go back to playing your real character.

Couple things to add to what Necro said...
Considering you are posting in the 360 forums I'll assume you are playing the 360 version. Don't ask me why, since I think most people would agree that it is a stupid idea, but when you INITIALLY create your character you MUST be connected to the DA servers for it to upload your pic. You only get that one chance for it to upload. If, for whatever reason, you are disconnected or not connected or whatever when you create the character then the profile pic will NEVER upload....ever. Sucks...
Also, sometimes the updates on your profile won't pop unless you go into it, click on the games tab, and select your registered game so it takes you to the character view/management screen. I noticed clicking around in there sometimes caused updates to pop.

It happened to me with this character you see in my pic. I created him during the period where I could never connect to the DA servers. Once I figured out that problem I realized that he never uploaded to the servers. He never did.
I ended up just creating a similar character so I'd have a pic to work with. Looks almost the same as the character that didn't upload so it accomplishes almost the same thing.
