I have numerous Emissaries in my camp now and I want to trade with them, or rather give them things they need.  When I speak with them and ask them what they need, they tell me.  I have what they need in my inventory, but I am not provided an option to give it to them.

Am I missing a step some where?  Looking forward to the path, and Thanks!
