hi,

after resorting to all kinds of dlc problems related suggestions i am still left without a solution...
situation: i installed DAO on my new computer, installed the patch, activated the download manager thing, logged in with my account, redownloaded the dlc. then it showed all dlc as enabled (even the blood dragon armour, which i only activated in mass effect 2?!?). then i copied my savegames from an external hd to my bioware folder.
when i start the game, it still tells me, my dlc was all enabled. i can also load savegames from my first playthrough without the stone prisoner (i dont know why the hell i didnt install that right away... :) ).
However the game wont load any savegames from my old computer which need the stone prisoner, since apparently that dlc is unauthorized.
i then cleared that download cache and registered the game with my account. didn't help though.

what now?

i am fairly sure, that i have only one bioware account, the stone prisoner is registered with that account anyway.

thx!

i run win 7 pro 64bit. actually, dao was the first program i installed, so no trouble with previous installations.

You need to make sure the Dragon Age Origins Content Update service is running when you play the game. See Section 5 of the DLC In-Game Errors FAQ for more details.
