I just want to know if I'm doing something wrong - the thing on this website that can show all your Dragon Age characters doesn't work for me - all my achievements get updated just fine, but none of my characters are showing up, and the "diary" that shows their in game progress isn't showing up.

Originally, my first two characters were there, but they stopped updating their character information shortly after I started playing - the new achievements would show up, but my characters were shown as still level 7 even after I had finished the game with them.  I used the management stuff to delete those two characters, but now none of my subsequent have every shown up.

Is this a problem I've caused or is this whole system still a big buggy?
