Hi,

I'm having a problem installing my dlc content.I've pre-ordered steam digital deluxe edition and installed the game.
It ran perfectly:lol:(GREAT GAME),until i discovered that i can't download my bonus content.I've alredy redeemed my codes and logged into my account on the game,but when i go to downloadable content nothing appears,no downloads or items at all:(.
the strange thing is taht in my account here on the network they appear as activated.Another thing is that the game crashes randomly,bur this is a minor trouble.
Can anyone help me?

Did you redeem your codes with the same email that you are registered with EA for and were you logged in to that same email account on this site at the time of redemption?

While in game after redeeming if you followed the above instructions correctly simply hit the refresh button on the bottom of the screen in the shape of a circle with an arrow. This should then start your download of all content purchased. If you purchased all of it then you will not see anything in the Downloadable Content Arrow since that is the store to buy it. Instead it will all show up on the right tab under Installed Content.

I've just bought the DDE through steam. Where do i find these codes?

Ltp Legend is right. I requested assistance earlier on today before having a really good look through the forums.



Managed to put in both codes and when I logged back on I was only just quick enough to see both rings downloaded, then the armour and 2 missions.



Ahem, knowing that looking through more thoroughly in the first place would have solved the problem, I'd just like to thank those who offered help.

I logged in with the same e-mail,but the dlc doesnt show up even in the installed content,it doesnt appear anywhere,like if i didnt buyed it.Ive created a characater and played a few hours with it,do i need to make a new game so it can appear?

other thing that ive noticed my points dont appear also,but they appear on my profile in the game

My problem is that I see the downloadable things, but they dont download. The % bar remains at 0% and after a while, this turns red and says download failed.

hmm. did u guys recieve any codes? i havn't got anything. I can play, but can't get the dlc. Also, if i open the launcher and go to configure>game, the cd key it sayd there is different to the 1 which steam tells me i have

I bought content, it deducted my points and sat at 0% on the down load so I restarted the game and now the game thinks I still need to buy it. On the DLC page, all the DLC is there but I have to buy it. There is nothing in the installed or down load area. I tried buying it again and it says can't be processed at this time...try again later...WTF

I have a similar problem. DLC won't show in any form, whether it's through the menu or in-game characters. I play the game on another computer (installed from the same disk) and everything is peachy (characters show up in-game to offer quests and the DLC menu is full, I could also redeem a code and download just fine), but here it's like the game won't connect to the internet, despite the fact I could log to my account from the game menu just fine.
