Perhaps can anybody enlighten me if that works:

Jack with Squad Warp Ammo adds +35% damage for everybody
Jack has +20% personal biotic damage bonus
Jack profits from +50% full biotic upgrades

Does this mean that Jack´s Warp Ammo increases my damage by total +105% for all kinds of defenses?
And this is +210% if I play an Adept and catch the enemy in a singularity first?

All ammo powers are in their own power category, so they don't get bonuses from + Tech or Biotic upgrades.

jackal's right, Ammo powers only benefit from Generic bonuses (ones that say +% to "Powers" with no tags on them). Anything with a "biotic" or "Tech" upgrade tag on them benefits no Ammo power.
