i purchased a special edition version of ME2, i didnt get the insisor sniper rifle or what ever its called.... how do i buy it or is it worth it, and how much is it...? thank ME2 lovers PC IS BETTER THEN XBOX VERSION

The Incisor was digital deluxe edition exclusive, so you'd have to purchase what is essentially the digital collector's edition. There's no other way to legitimately get it now.
