I'd probably buy Grunt - provided he has his black armor and Claymore shotgun.

If Wrex figure is ever released, I will buy it instantly.

I just wanted to note that the 8 included are the most popular of the ME2 characters... and are the ones that are likely to play a role in ME3.

I love your suggestions. Keep them up as you never know if there will be more figures or who they could be.

Personally, I want a Blasto.

I can say that there is a whole contingent of ladies at the KAST that would love it if you made ME1 figures as well--specifically Kaidan Alenko.

Just a word of warning: be *very* careful where you buy these things from if you're having them posted outside the U.S. I just discovered I was bilked pretty seriously for postage costs when ordering the ME2 comics from "a certain vendor" who also sells the figures (not the one in the OP); they must be pretty misleading as I'd never have agreed to the charges in question, namely $55. Each. They sent them out separately and charged $55 a time for a small $2.80 comic, about 5-10 times the going rate from my experience elsewhere (not counting the multiple charges).

You have been warned.

Now I have the fun and games of trying to get my money back. Which is unlikely to happen even if they did mislead me about the costs.

I was ordering mine overseas, but now I've found a local stocker, which even has free delivery.

To any other kiwis out there interested that stocker is Mighty Ape, btw.

Man, April seems so far away... ::whine::

I'm sorely tempted to buy multiple Garrus-es and do some custom repainting to get his loyalty and DLC outfits. ::nerd::

Put my preorder in. I do hope DC refines them a little for the final release (or, rather, has been spending the time between announcement and shipping refining them), but I won't be too disappointed if they don't. I'm looking forward to Garrus and Legion for series two of these way more than the first four, though.

In a third series and beyond, I'd love to see (in order of preference):

- Joker

- Female Shepard (with helmet)

- Liara

- Jack

I've collected statues and action figures for most of my life, I'm just a huge fan of sculpture in general. I can honestly say that the series 1 figures are a big letdown, especially that awful Shepard headsculpt and Thane's very strange legs. This is doubly disappointing since DC Direct's Warcraft figures are phenominal. Maybe the "action" nature of the ME figures are to blame. They seem to be trying to shoehorn limited articulation into the series, when they probably should have just made them mini statues like the WOW series. Thane especially just looks bad to me all around. Other nagging issues would be Tali's "solid" faceplate and Thane's ridiculous proportions.

At least series 2 seems to have much better sculpting all around. Mordin in particular looks absolutely perfect. Humans are always the hardest, so we'll see how Miranda turns out, but I'd definitely like to see the series go a few more waves. I'll buy them all because I'm a Mass Effect ****, but for a series 3 I'd like to see Zaeed, Jack, Samara with switchable Morinth head, and a Collector grunt. Warcraft also has bigger boxed "Deluxe" figures, if ME gets the same treatment, an Illusive Man with his chair would be fantastic. Basically the WOW figures are much much better, I'm hoping the ME line to shine in a similar manner. They just need to drop the articulation and focus on great character works of art.

Another great inclusion could be a "build-a-figure" with each wave, which is popular in many toylines these days. For those unfamiliar, it basically means each figure would come with a piece or limb of a much larger character, so when you buy the whole wave you can construct the larger character. So figures like the Large Mech (name escapes me) or smaller scale Reapers/ships could be made.

WOW-style deluxe figures would be great. I'd like to see Illusive Man in his chair, Wrex on his throne, the Council and a Geth-Prime.

I'ld like to see all the ladies from ME2, but right now I'm just hoping they get more of Tali in stock @ Bioware!

Will the series 2 action figures be carrying weapons? So far from the pictures of Garrus and Mordin, they are empty-handed.

I'd probably purchase the Shepard figure if I ever ran into it.

Of the ones presented, so far it's probably going to be either Garrus or Grunt as priorities. Then Thane, Mordin, Tali and all other alien teammates.

However I am dissapointed that I can't have Wrex or Ashley in my grouping but I can make do with what I have. I imagine though that I would start with Grunt.

Logistically thats a terrible idea. That'd easily cost as much as a single set of these figures.

Now if you have the extra cash your imagination apparently has you can try this site out thatsmyface.com/ they offer 3 3/4" inch, 6 inch, and 12 inch scale custom heads done via reference photos.

I haven't bought an action figure in a long time, but if they ever release a Jack figure, I might have to change that.

I second this notion.  Also, one of Ashley.

Perhaps they simply haven't made their accessories yet, since only half of the series 2 figures were shown. It's likely they only just finished the first prototypes of Mordin and Garrus shortly before they could show them.

Oh man I can't wait to make a photocomic with Morrigan and Tali. It shall be comedy gold... or sexy as hell...

Wait.

EDIT: I typed out the part in my head that wasn't meant to be typed out. Hmm, what is that smell? I don't remember eating cantaloupe.
