Anyone else get a notice from Amazon saying they'd be shipping in 2-5 months? Thats kinda pissing me off. I forgot how bad DC Direct is with delays.

With Series 1 delayed until October, I doubt we'll see pics of Series 2 until at least November or December, maybe even early next year depending on how many delays there are in the future. As Esbatty said, DC Direct isn't known for holding to their original release dates.

Actually, I picked up a copy of the new Previews yesterday and found a beautiful full-page spread of Series 2. Mordin and Legion are looking great, but the Miranda and Garrus figures were kind of...meh. They had the 'waiting for licensor approval' banners slapped over them, so maybe the final products will be better.

I'll be honest: I am not overly impressed with these figures. I think they could have been much more detailed. I think BioWare would have been a whole lot better off if they hired NECA (makers of the Gears of War line). NECA, I think, makes the best quality action figures on the market today. It kind of saddens me to think that my favorite universe (ME of course) won't get the kind of quality merchandise it deserves.

On another note, I DO hope that Ash will come into this series at some point.  While her "attitude" tended to turn me off in ME1, I was warm for her form.  I was hoping to learn that she was modeled on someone but it appears that she is purely imagined...too bad.

So Tali is out of stock if you try to order her separately, but you can still order the entire 4 figure package form the bioware store. So do they have separate Tali figures made just for the entire 4 figure pack or will I get a notice right before shipping telling me that I will have to wait for the Tali figure to be delivered because they are currently out of stock??

Dude i'm sure a local bakery can take care of that for you...or you could try to make one yourself, don't know where you would find an FTL drive though.  Cake boss would probably have one on second thought.

They probably have a seperate pool of cases for people who want entire sets and a number of cases for people who want single figures. You can still preorder Tali at Amazon or Entertainment Earth or Toywiz etc etc

But goddess/maker forbid DC Direct push them back to Thanksgiving like they've done the Dragon Age figures. I will be rage incarnate.

People will definitely demand Liara figures. Morinth and Samara figures would be easy: two for the price of one, lol. Though one where the two are trying to strangle eachother would be even more awesome.

Other interesting ones would be Kelly in her metallic dance outfit and Aria as she stands with her legs a bit apart, arms crossed overlooking the Afterlife.

I think they should also make model ship ones too! Normandy SR-1 and 2! Shadow Broker hide out model, Alliance cruisers, oh and none of us have seen what a Alliance Carrier is supposed to look like you guys should made a 3D render of it and make a model for it!

They've been withdrawn due to the mass indignation of those of us who wanted a Liara figure.

Or alternatively, for an answer that involves less lying, they've apparently been delayed for a couple of months due to the manufacturer becoming congealed or something like that.  ISTR they should be ready to ship near the end of the year.
