That would be NECA and they have already said they dont want or have not been able to obtain the licence.

For anyone who's interested, they are continuing the figures again, including series 2 with Mordin, Miranda, Garrus, and Legion, with a Pre-order for March/April 2012, so get on 'er and hope nothing bad happens again!

Series 2 was up on amazon.com a couple days ago, but I went to pre-order them today,and they were taken down again. ...is this going to be a repeat of last year? I certainly hope not.

Pre-ordered both sets of figures, even though they're mixed results.

Can we expect a series 3 to round out the rest of the ME2 crew, and then some additional waves, or is this pretty much all we're getting?
