The reason I think Legion is because he is a geth and robots don't have emotions so they wouldn't think twice or second guess their orders.
I think it would be cool if one or both of them betray Shepherd. In Miranda's case there should be an option for you to forgive Miranda or not. Legion I don't think there would or should be that option so stating that maybe only Miranda.
Any thoughts?

Eh, I thought Ashely/Kaiden were being pretty obviously set up to be unknowing sleeper agents of the Collectors.
If anything, I'd say they're being set up to be the Shepard to Shepard's Saren.

That would be fricken COOL.
The Council considers us the next Saren, so Ash/Kai becomes the new Shepard to take us down.
Course, that's not going to happen.

Sort of like TIM being indoctrinated and under the control of the Reapers? He's a robot and he fakes like he's a human? Kinda makes you wonder about the "You and every other human may as well be dead" comment ehh? Ehh? EEHH?

That is why i think if I am right that there will be an option to forgive Miranda and let her rejoin the squad(because TIM is using her sister against her) or not and kill her or let her go.

1.Miranda... is the most likely, because of her Sister, she might not do it willingly but she is the one with the greatest weakness, and easily accessible, for TIM.
2.Jacob... he wont, he dont care lol.
3.garrus....if Bioware wants to commit suicide then can try.
4.Mordin... he has no reason to, he is already old(no offense for Dr. Solus)
5.Zaeed.... he is a soldier, he knows better
6.Kasumi. Too nice, also knows better than that.
7.Grunt... he is loyal to Urdnot and Shep...
8. Jack... right......... she might just go her own way but doubt she will help anyone against shep
9.Tali....wow... just wow. Count as many copies they sell half of them at least will be at their door with torches, forks.... just impossible.
10.Samara... nah impossible.
11.Thane... even less.
12.Legion...Geth have no reason to.....unless the heretic mess comes back to haun us somehow.
------------
Now that is counting if they all were loyal,to Shep. If some survived, and weren't loyal.....then maybe. there is a chance for development, but is too risky to plan a betrayal on "if they aren't loyal" most players will want to have all their team members survive. Even if they are bald ... jk

Zaeed. Having been payed for the mission, and assuming you destroyed the collector base, TIM hires him to kill you. It's just business to him.
Too easily killed by the player to be a major plot point. Besides I think he would want to be far far away from any paragon Shepard. A renegade would likely have let Vido fry so he would probably like him too much.

A betrayal has to actually make some sense, I can't see Tali ever betraying Shepard. I won't deny it would be an incredible what the **** moment, but it would feel stupid in retrospect.

It could be treated as a small plot area. Did you play KOTOR? when your on Mananaan, you face Darth Malak's Apprentice, and he's tough, and he's a dick, so you feel so awesome when you take him down.
So check this, Assuming the base was destroyed and vido got away, Alliance or something sends you a transmission about a mercenary (Zaeed, unknown to you though) is shooting up a colony controlled by vito and his gang. You go there as a side quest and either help Zaeed or take him down to protect the colony, allowing vito to get away...yet again...but thats not the point...I wanna kill Zaeed!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Malak's apprentice was not optional. If I am going to have a cheesy traitor subplot I would rather it be a major planned event that was not just tacked on because not everyone is going to see it.
Having said that I kinda want to kill Zaeed too, but only a little. I'd stop before he was completely dead.

I don't know. I don't think she will. She shoved it to TIM at the end of the game, she's done with Cerberus if you destroyed the base and quit. The only person I could say would be Legion.

things weren't as optional as they are in ME either. I think the traitor plot couldn't be big because of how many choices effect the squads. That's why Zaeed makes sense. He's on the wrong side of the law, it would make sense for a paragon type thing.
BUT! if they were to do that, considering they add another character or two, one of them could betray you at the end or something. Idk.

Didn't read all 8 pages, but Kaiden or Ashey make the most sense as traitors. They're legitimately pissed during ME2 and feel emotionally damaged you betrayed the Alliance. They're always alive, too.
damn... I hate to admit it, but they do seem the most prone to do so.
Damn... Ashley already hurt me too much, if she goes even further, I wont answer if her home planet suddenly gets attacked by a deathstar.....
Is better if Ashley stays as far away from anything that has to dow ith me as possible....Same for Anderson.
heck, anyone from ME1.. that was close to me, that is not in my crew already, except for Wrex better stay half a galaxy away just in case.
We nuked an island for just a facility.
We nuked a giant space station, for a couple of colonies...
Imagine what we would do, for our own heart, in a personal vendetta... not going to look pretty, no matter if is renegade or paragon.
paragon: You betrayed me!!!... I will deploy a killer virus that will kill you painlessly.
renegade: YOu betrayed me!!!, I will ask my geth friends to pay you a visit.
