What do we want as skill tiers

There are new weapon and magic tiers but very little has been revealed. I truly have no idea what they shold be so can anybody thik of anything they want to see revealed? I want to know more about the "Spirit Warrior" specialisation ive heard about on other posts.It sounds like the warrior equivalent of the mages arcane warrior but i know very little about it. Also whats happening with Legionarre Scout? Shouldn't it have been updated by now?
