Hi.
All I want to do is own the game, have it working, have the extra downloaded content and use the toolset.
I don't want anything to do with an online account, online tracking of my profile/characters or anyone emailing me with offers or whatnot. Basically, I don't want anything to do with this social site.
I already have my Bioware/EA account and can access the Bioware proper site and forums. That's all I want as far as online interaction goes.
I think the simple answer is just to delete my profile here? But I am really scared that this will have some effect on my game, the download content, future patches, or the toolset.
Could someone let me know if deleting my account is the answer? I deleted my characters and set my privacy settings to as restricted as possible, but this site is still able somehow to track my achievements and I don't want that either.
(I tried contacting support but it leads to the main support - I wanted to ask someone who works for this social site not someone who is trying to help people with their actual game).
Quitting the social site

I've heard there is a way to disconnect your profile from your game, but as I don't have it registered, I'm not sure how to do that. The automatic uploading of game information to the profile, and the tracking of in-game achievements and such is actually something I personally would not want to be automatic unless I had authorised it.
I already have my Bioware/EA account and can access the Bioware proper site and forums.
The problem there is that the Dragon Age forums are all here, and while the ones on the other website might be open at the moment, in the future they will be closed, along with the other forums as well.
Also, this site is where you can purchase BioWare points, for downloadable content for the game.

Yeah, in the game, you log in to your account here - you must actively choose to do so, the game won't do it automatically. And, also in the game, you can log out again. Log in, get the DLC, log out, no other strings.
