You should have just stuck with the point being that your thread was being locked. You know that's all this is really about.

Why would your thread talking about needing updates (and havn't they been doing like an update a week?) getting locked contribute to you not wanting to play a game?



Seems they are completely unrelated things, unless you think that it is a punishment to not buy the game for the crime of locking your thread.... if you don't want it to seem that way, perhaps you should restrict your disappointments to things that actually relate to the game you are considering not buying.

However, if you liked Origins, and you like other bioware have a bit of faith.

You can and should have faith in a brand and company that never or rarely lets you down.

Where's it written that a company must give us updates on specializations and skills and everything about a game before they release it? If you look at the Origins wiki (official one, not the cool one), there STILL isn't every spell listed, and the game's been out for quite some time now.



I just consider the wiki updates to be neat little ways to show us videos of selected awesomeness so we don't get bored.

Do you check out the official wiki? It's gotten some really cool class updates. Shadow rogue and the battle mage have had all their abilities explained and even in video format.

But we're getting allot of updates, like 1 BIG one a week. Thats more then most games do for their official websites.

But why do you care so much? The game is gonna be released before we know it. It's not like theres any pre-order bonus, you can wait to see how good it is.

Were you here during the pre-Origins hype? There was even LESS information revealed (in fact, only 1 or 2 mage specializations were even announced on the wiki pre-Origins), so I think that your complaining about this is kind of silly... although I mean that in the least confrontational way possible, of course.

Edit: How have they failed at anything? They just like sharing with us. I don't feel like me reading it obligates them to release all of it. That's what the fan wiki's up for.

First, I actually typed my response before your second post was posted so it had nothing to do with annoying you at all.



Second, I just think if you want people to take your complaint seriously you should remove that as one of the reasons. It doesn't relate to the game, it makes you sound petty by keeping it there, it gives people a reason to dismiss you - I was trying to give you helpful advice.

The fact is they opened these links to have info so why is there so little. There is maybe 3 things updated a week and they have left to many gaps

I believe that is a marketing strategy.

I think that means he's terminally ill, doesn't know if he will make it the 12 days until the game comes out, and he wants to know more about the game he will be too dead to play before he infact expires so he knows how much coolness he was going to miss by expiring.....

bro, most games dont give out all of the information, until after the game has been released.
