Poster Rips and Lithograph Ripples due to poor packing

I am disappointed with how my items arrived. I ordered a large ME1 Poster and the Garrus Lithograph.

First of all the shipping tube arrived untaped at both ends, with nothing done to protect the posters inside and one of the ends collapsed inwards. If I was not home this could have been damaged by bad weather. The posters were not wrapped to protect the edges.

This is bad Bioware, please help me with this issue.

I received my replacement poster and Lithograph yesterday. The Lithograph was fine, but the poster was damaged in the same way and place as the first one. I am not going to ask for another replacement because that would be a waste of time.



These were packaged the exact same way as the first shipment, I just hope in the future that the store does a better job of shipping posters, at least wrapping the ends when they are rolled up so that no damage happened to the edges of the poster.

Trekkie - We are changing the way we package the larger ME2 Team and ME1 posters so they will be wrapped in paper going forward. This should start next week. If you want to send another email we'll take care of it for you.

Thanks Bioware, I received my replacement poster yesterday and it was wrapped in paper and both ends of the tube were taped. This is a big improvement and I thank you for making this right in the end.
