There's plenty of reasons to not pick on someone's spelling, but my favorite is always "human decency."

Looks a LOT like the Spartan Laser from Halo 3 to me.

I already (wishfully) mused that the new heavy weapon might be something like the Dark Troopers' Arc Launcher from Star Wars Battlefront 2. That is, canned Force Lightning (hell yeah).

It could also be a sonic weapon that causes a Biotic Push-like effect.

In my wildest dreams, it would be something like the Cerebral Bore from Turok 2 (N64).

The Arc Caster was useless. You could hit a whole group of enemies at once, but by the time you recharged, they slaughtered you.

I never use heavy weapons besides boss fights and the one I have on my back is the Flamethrower because it's not incredibly bulky.

So I'd like to see a new sniper,pistol or smg. I don't like having to use the predator and the what ever smg that sucks for the majority of the game. Yes I know you get the Hand Cannon but you have 24 shots with it that's useless,that won't get me through a full fire fight.

Have you guys ever heard of concept art? Not everything drawn in development makes the final cut. My guess is that that is a concept drawing for an Assault Rifle, maybe even the Revenant, that didn't make the cut. Note the over & under barrels & scope, all typical of AR's in the ME universe.

Yea, as a concept artist you go through a crap ton of different "concepts" and usually end up with only a few.

the Blackstorm is from a  pre-ordered copies from Gamestop and the M-451 Firestorm is from Zaeed's DLC

I feel really bad for anyone who hasn't gotten to play with either of those heavy weapons, the Blackstorm is easily one of the most visually impressive heavy weapons and the Firestorm is just a godsend for close quarters missions and Husks

Well you know who we have to blame for that - Firestorm ok but not really needed in that many situations - Blackstorm is really cool and should definitely be in the game - they could have just given Gamestop the armour.



These things could have been overlooked if more stuff was in the game but so many things are optional - visors, armour, weapons.
