S: 12:45:18 - Builder To Builder Load Summary, 1 Requested, 0 Success, 1 Failed.E: 12:45:18 - Unable to save resource scene_01_fxin.cut.S: 12:45:18 - Builder To Builder Load has started.S: 12:44:42 - Builder To Builder Create Summary, 1 Requested, 128 Dependants, 129 Total.

- Is there an error in the Builder Create ( I don't understand  )

- So when the Error  'unable to save' come around. What do I do? I Need to transfer these files. And it rarely works.

Is there a resource where I can get a better idea of how exports work and what the dependencies are? I've been trying to get this short cutscene completed for the last 2 days.

Thx board!:(

Okay what are you doing here? You are doing a builder to builder create and trying to have someone else load it or visa versa?

I'm doing a builder to builder create and I'm trying to have someone else load it. But with this scene for some reason. When the .cut ( bulder file ) is imported on another machine (even locally ) I can not load the file. The cutscene appears blank with only the root and the first camera.

Have had similar problems but managed to sort it out, lets see if I can remember what the heck we did.

First question, does this have a custom level in it? If so has the level been posted to local on the machine trying to run the cutscene?

second question. What are you doing when loading the dadbdata file? Are you opening up the dependencies and seeing a list of all items that are to be imported in?

third question. are you choosing to use exisiting string ids or new string ids?

Yes the area has a custom level. And the level has been posted to local and generated the .arl

I think I even transfer over the toolsetExport folder so the light maps only are rendered on one machine.

When I load the dadbata file I usually see just the.cut file where I make sure to create new string ids. Unless I export with dependent resources I'm pretty sure I don't see other elements in the .cut export.

I was able to sucessfully make a package this morning. But it's missing some data I know I have. Because it works in another module.

E: 10:22:46 - Could not find referenced resource bw-db://.\\BWDATOOLSET/bw_dragonage_content?resrefid=21752 for scene_01_fx.cut

.oo. maybe I've got it. Let me know if you smell something wrong with my data.

So I thought because it couldn't find the referenced resource that I needed to find 'scene01_hillside.arl' and make sure that it has a name, I've checked it in and out, generated XML ( everything I thought would be helpful )

Maybe I missed something because it's still not working. I tried the bulder :> load again and still cannot find resource 21752..

grrr.

Angrycrow and I figured out what the problem was.

The "cannot save resource" happens when you rename the file. If anyone else gets this error, the solution is to create a duplicate and use builder to builder create with the duplicate file.
