On the Citidel, the C-sec officer who is talking to the volus and quarian about the stolen credit chit....how do you resolve that little side mission?  I spoke to the owner of the ship store who said he saw the quarian but did not remember seeing another volus.  Once I find that out I go back to the C-sec officer but cannot tell him what I learned.

How do I complete this side quest?

talk to the salarian in the tech store - cant remember the name, its in the same local as the quest shoundt be too hard to find
